I recently bought a 2006 Hummer H2 from them. It is my job to check out a used car. The H2 is fine. It was missing navigation disc and spare tire. Salesman Matt said he would get a disc and send with title and get us a spare tire. "No problem, we get both all of the time, or I can get on Ebay". We got it in writing in the paperwork. We got title 28 days later with no disc. He will not return emails.... view more We will never see the disc or spare tire as promised (and in writing). Once the sale is final, you will not hear from them again - I would not buy from them again. Terrible customer service. Matt is a classic used car salesman, slick talking - say anything to close a deal, then no contact.

I went looking for a good used...
I went looking for a good used car, what I got was screwed. Atlanta car club sells high end cars that end up being "Luxury Lemons". I thought that I was getting a deal on an Audi TT. Kelly Blue Book had the car marked at $10,000 I got it for $9,000. The next day the engine light came on. I tried dealing with the Atlanta Car Club but they kept telling me that they would get back with me and of course they ne... view morever did. I took it to a mechanic only to find out that to fix the car would take over $5,000. I tried again and again to talk to someone at Atlanta car club and they keep avoiding the problem. Matt is the main theme through most of the reviews. He talks nice but he is the face and I want the owner.

Dont believe the bad reviews. Look for yourself
I purchased just purchased a white 2003 Yukon Denali from Atlanta Car Club and I am very pleased. I got a deal about 2k less than KBB, and most importantly I got good service. I printed all 3 negative reviews, and Tim and Eric went through each one and explained the issue. I also asked several return customers and they gave them great reviews. These guys sell a bunch of cars every day and have no issues. Dont be scar... view moreed off, you will regret it. Trust me I did all of my homework, and when I found one issue with the truck they took oh about 3Xs what it would cost to fix the issue.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I discovered this place through word-of-mouth and decided to go here to see what they would offer me to purchase my 2006 H3 Hummer. After waiting patiently for an hour just to talk to someone, I was finally able to speak with one sales rep. He had to converse with the owner in order to provide a quote. The owner only walked around the vehicle, wrote down the VIN and went back inside to look at his Manheim nationwi... view morede auto auction database. He did NOT look inside the vehicle and did NOT test-drive it or inspect the engine, steering, tires, etc. I even offered him the keys but he did not take them, did not even unlock the vehicle and crank up the engine.
I initially told the sales rep I was there to sell my vehicle and did not mention that I wanted to trade it in or buy a vehicle. His first verbal quote was $16,000 to trade it in. I reminded him again that I just wanted to get a quote for selling my vehicle in its current condition and that I was not interested in trading it in to get another vehicle. Then...he fumbled over his words a bit before shouting across the room to the owner asking whether he should offer $14,500 or $15,000.
The owner came out of his office and asked me if I had received any other quotes. I informed both of them that I was going to Carmax next to get a quote, and I asked them if they could give me a firm quote in writing. I was told by the owner that I should go to Carmax first and then come back. The sales rep also told me that I should beware of Carmax`s hidden costs and that I should read the fine print.
I told them that I was not there to waste their time, nor did I want to waste my time. I was just seeking a quote for my vehicle and was not interested in playing any games. The owner blurted out that he would only offer $14,000, obviously annoyed that I had asked for just a solid quote without having to drive to Carmax and drive back to Atlanta Car Club. So...I immediately left and drove straight to Carmax, where I was offered $17,500. Funny thing is...there were NO HIDDEN FEES AT CARMAX. It was easy to work with the Carmax agent, and they ACTUALLY TOOK THE CAR ON A TEST-DRIVE and inspected the entire vehicle, inside AND out! I had nothing to hide and just wanted to get an HONEST QUOTE, which Carmax was able to provide.
I realize Carmax is a larger operation and has economies of scale that a small, independent place like Atlanta Car Club cannot compete with, but I feel like they were unprofessional, shady, not thorough in their inspection, and completely underpriced in their quote, even their initial trade-in quote of $16,000, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR!! I wonder how many of the used luxury cars they have for sell have come from these same cursory, INCOMPETENT INSPECTION PROCEDURES and what the real condition of these second-hand cars are. Obviously, from reading the review of the first person who posted, the real price of purchasing a vehicle from Atlanta Car Club could end up costing a person $1,200-PLUS to repair NON-DISCLOSED DEFECTS.
Bottom line: Based on my experience, I would warn anyone from trying to sell a vehicle to these guys OR trade in a vehicle. Given how low both of their quotes were, it doesn`t take a rocket scientist to figure out that their markup on second-hand luxury cars is probably quite considerable, and the person trading in a vehicle or trying to get a fair market price for selling their used luxury vehicle to these guys is going to suffer considerable financial loss. AND, given the fact that they DID NOT INSPECT my vehicle, I am inclined to believe that these guys do an INADEQUATE JOB in assessing the true value of a vehicle and the quality of it. They`re just trying to make money and do not seem to care about the quality of the vehicles they buy and sell. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM!!!
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2006 RANGE ROVER FROM ATLANTA CAR CLUB. I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER SEVERAL TIME THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FLAWLESS! I LIVE IN PALM BEACH, FL AND FLEW TO ATLANTA TO DRIVE IT BACK. I WAS DELIVER THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT WITHOUT THE ROOF RACKS THAT WERE IN THE PICTURE AND PROMISSED AND THE A/C WAS NOT COLD. HE SAID IT WAS WORKING A FEW MINUTES AGO ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT AND JUST NEEDS A LITTLE FREON.
... view moreI DROVE THE CAR TO THE LANDROVER DEALER IN PALM BEACH AND THEY SAID THE A/C COMPRESSOR WAS SHOT!!!! ($1200.00) I MADE CALLS FOR TWO WEEKS TO ATLANTA CAR CLUB AND NO CALLS WERE RETURNED. WE FINALLY USED A FRIENDS CELLPHONE WITH A DIFFERENT AREA CODE AND THEY ANSWERED. WE ASKED THEM TO SPLIT THE BILL AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THINK TWICE AND DON`T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL! CROOKS!
My husband has spent 6 months now, just trying to talk to someone (Matt, in particular). He bought a car in October and was promised that they would fix one problem before purchasing the car. They did not fix the problem, nor were they honest with us on what all was wrong with it. We are considering taking legal action. They do not ever return calls!!!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
