I`ve been getting oil changes ...

I`ve been getting oil changes here since high school. I recently spent 600 on an exhaust leak. Shorty guaranteed the work for 1 year. The check engine light immediately came back on. I was told to bring it back when I needed emissions and they`d take care of it under warranty. I took it in for emissions a few months later. They techs celebrated right in front of me when in failed emissions. They did everything... view more but high -5 each other. Guess they saw $$$$. They told me they would check it out and see if they could get it covered under warranty. I came back to check on it and had a bill for $125. Shorty told me my car was all fixed and ready to go. I told him that I was expecting it to be covered under warranty and that I would have to make a quick trip to the bank to get the money. He then threw my keys at me and told me to get my piece of sh*t car out of his establishment. I am very non-confrontational. I feel that his failing health may be contributing to his short fuse. I wonder if they call him Shorty because he is short, or because he has such a short fuse. His attitude will certainly put him out of business. I left feeling sorry for him. Pray for shorty. I would have gladly paid the $125 if my car had been repaired. It was very easy to see that none of the work on the invoice he was trying to bill me for had been done. The check engine light is still on, and I now have to pay another place a diagnostic fee. I`m really struggling on whether to be angry or just feel sorry for him, wither way. I`ll never go there again, nor will anyone I can convince to avoid the hassle. The only good thing about that place is Tommy Greene. If he`d take over and get rid of Shorty they`d get my business again. So, If you like being yelled at and having your keys thrown at you for asking a simple question, Go see Shorty! He`s the guy for that.

Great Quality of Service

I brought my vehicle to countless places around the area and no one could figure out the problem. Within one hour of being at Shorty`s they had properly diagnosed my vehicle and gave me a estimate for the repair. I decided to let them do the repair, and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished. I am very happy with the service and will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on. Thanks.
