Racist Customer Service???????...

Racist Customer Service??????? Refused service because I was black? I`m still shocked at my experience that happened less than an hour ago. I am an US Army Veteran, cancer patient and black woman (just a friendly customer) who was readily referred with a discount to Christian Brothers in Stockbridge, Georgia by Discount America`s Tires also in Stockbridge. I went inside and spoke to the service person behind t... view morehe desk regarding getting a simple wheel alignment. He was overly courteous and helpful and set everything up. My husband came in and all of a sudden a mechanic with an attitude from the bay came in and was questioning why was my car outside with the hood up in a racist and unprofessional manner and continued to question us in a racist and demeaning manner. He then said &quot;we`re not going to service them&quot; and told the guy waiting on me at the counter to cancel the transaction. They turned us away for no apparent reason and at that point I wouldn`t dare let him service my car anyway. I don`t know what type of work they perform but I know that I wasn`t serviced because of the color of my skin. That`s deep!!

Do not be fooled by the name &quot;...

Do not be fooled by the name &quot;Christian&quot; these guys will rip you off!!! I took my car in for repair because it was over heating. Brian called to tell me it was fixed and the repairs would cost $674. I told Brian i was unemployed and that I would go to MI to work with a relative to earn the cash to pay for my car. While in MI I kept in contact with Brian and he informed me that i car was fixed. ... view moreI asked him if he test drove the car to which he replied yes. I paid for the car and returned to GA to pick it up. Once retrieved I soon learned within 10 mins that the car was NOT fixed. I took the car back to the shop and they told me it was the thermostat and that they would repair it. Upon returning to pick up my car they told me i would need to pay an additional $330!! They DID NOT tell me that i would have to pay this cost prior to or i would have told them NO. Now they refuse to give me my vehicle back so i am forced to take them to court. Stay clear of this shop or else you`ll pay triple the cost. They have NO clue what they are doing and only want to steal $$ from their customers.

Can`t fix my problem

I have had my car in for the same thing 4 times and I still have the same problem. Each time I go back, I`m told it`s a different part and each time I`m charged $85.00 an hour and required to pay for the part. None of the parts fixed the problem and I was refused a refund on the previous labor charges or the parts. Steer clear and find some other place that has qualified people and professional customer service.
