I had been to a few dealerships. My credit score was low but I had been getting approved with required down payments. To make a long story short, I called to inquire on their Rebuild Credit Auto Program which is listed on the website. Spoke with Leo and he immediately wanted me to come out today. I even called back to speak with him again to verify the program and he stated it was like a second chance program and the... view morey look more at your income than your credit history. I gave him what I make, where I work, additional income, and he guaranteed me with what I gave him, he could get me a deal. He knew my situation and even though I was skeptical, went to see what they could do for me. Leo took my info, then immediately passed me over to some guy name Fernando who wasn`t any better. I expressed I didn`t want to test drive any cars if I wasn`t approved. Leo had me under the impression everything looked good. After waiting to speak to one of them for 20 mins. in regards to my application. They sent the finance guy out who tells me a need a cosigner in order to buy. I was highly pissed, they never went over anything in regard to the program. I believe they ran my info to all their normal banks in hopes of making a sale. Not only that, neither of the salesman shook my hand goodbye, came back, said goodbye, sorry we couldn`t help. NOTHING! Then I had to raise hell to get my keys, drivers license, and registration back. I guess making the sale with the next customer was more important..Never again...

My experience with rick hendrick was a total nightmare. All I want is to get my money back, which i`m preparing to fight, disbelieving that I will get it after 10 days, and run.

Horrible. High pressure sales is an understatement. Shady business practices as well - they changed my contract AFTER I left and gave my loan to a different company without telling me. No warranty on their used cars and we`re still waiting for repairs on a car we bought 2 weeks ago. Run as fast as you can from the managers with their red pens and fake smiles and constant pressure to buy a car so much out of your p... view morerice range that it`s practically the cost of rent. Bait-and-Switch at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, GA Everything I am writing here is truthful, and is not embellished or exaggerated. I saved a copy of each web site to my personal computer. After finding a "web special" and setting an appointment, the salesman said it was sold and tried to up-sale me on a van nearly $3000 more. After several suspicious events (too many to describe here), I called ... view morethe dealer back that same day and was again told the van was still for sale. For over two weeks after my visit, this "bait" van was still on their web site. At LEAST 4-5 people were conspiring in this Bait-And-Switch scheme. Summary - 1) The web site intentionally had a misleading van for sale located over 600 miles away. 2) The phone reservation lady lied to me twice about the van being on the lot. She might have been told the wrong information OR her computer was not updated. Either way, her story that she told to me changed. 3) The salesman lied to me in person at least three times. a) The car was sold, b) he walked past it yesterday, c) it is being shipped TO Texas FROM Georgia. 4) The finance manager conspired with the salesman in the lie about the van being sold. 5) The Texas salesman verified my suspicion that the van was NEVER in GA since it NEVER left Texas. 6) The Duluth dealership should make this right if they really have integrity as their web site says. 7) The Bait-And-Switch conspiracy continued at least two more weeks. Do not go here unless you like to get ripped off!!!!! I got a email from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet with a guaranteed price on a 2011 Chevy Tahoe through True Car. I spoke with a gentleman named Omar who confirmed the price and that the vehicle was on site. I submitted an online application and Omar called me back saying that I was approved and to come on down. Within the hour I left my house and made the 40 minute ride... view more to the dealership. To make a long story short they did not have the vehicle nor would hold up on the price I was guaranteed. I asked to speak with the manager and we discussed and he responded saying let me go run the numbers and that he would be right back...The "Manager" didn`t even have the decentsy to come back and talk with me but instead sent a salesman over to try to sell me on a car for $10,000 more. This was the biggest waste of time. I called Omar to let him know and he connected me with another manger Eric who basically said all the dealerships do this and if I was to write a review I would have to do it on all of them.
