Please ppl read these reviews ...
Please ppl read these reviews and BELIEVE them and run like hell from this company. These ppl are the rudest company I have ever dealt with! We are ALL human and everyone falls on hard times...these ppl do not care at all. My advice to you is to try and get another loan from some where else. These ppl will screw you over in the long run. I wish I had looked up some reviews on these ppl before I signed my loan. I hope... view more that I am helping whoever is reading this. DO NOT do ANY business with this company. You get a different rep every month who knows nothing about you, they cut off your car even when you make your payments. I absolutely believe that these ppl do not know what they are doing. It is has been the biggest and worst hassle and mistake of my LIFE and I mean that.

Car Payment More Important Than Health
On Feb 13,2011 I was admitted into the hospital where I was told that I had Type II diabetes. My condition was so bad that I spent 3 days in the ICU and 8 more days after that in the hospital. While in the hospital I got a call from IDA and I told them what was going on and that I was in the hospital. I further told them that I have been unemployed since January, however I did make the payment for January but Februar... view morey payment was going to be late. I was told that they would work with me and that I needed to stay in contact with them. When I was released from the hospital I called them and told them that I have a job and that I would start work on March 14, 2011 and that I will be getting paid weekly and that I would catch the payments up. I further told them that at the end of the week I could give a partial payment as a sign of good faith. Well a few hours after that conversation I went to get in my truck to go back to the hospital when they disabled my truck. Furious and scared I called them and they informed me that they were not going to cut the truck back until they had a payment. I explained that this truck is needed for me to get back and forth to the doctors and that I needed to get my insulin. I have no other vehicle nor do I have access to one. I have never been late on payment in 1 year. The company refused to turn my truck despite my medical condition. Weigh out your options before dealing with this company because they would rather let you die than work with you nor do they keep their promises.
