Definition of Used Car Dealer
I have never had the desire to write a review for anything but my experience with this dealership was so miserable and so frustrating that I felt compelled to warn others before going here. When you think of your prototypical used car dealership (i.e. shady, untrustworthy, aggressive, liars, etc...) you should think of this place. I bought a used 2008 BMW 3 series here and ever since signing those papers I have regre... view moretted it. However, even before I bought the car, they were trying to pressure me. They gave me the car for 3 days to test drive. After the first day I get a call saying they want it back on the lot because they want others to look at it and if I`m not willing to buy it now I should go elsewhere. I was ready to say fine, whatever, but they said never mind and let me drive it for the final two days. Then I decided to buy the car. This was all just the beginning... It took me 2 months just to get floor mats and the guy just took them from another car... they don`t even fit my model. Also. it took me 3 months just for me to get my title from the state because my dealer kept forgetting to send it in. My dealer is never around and never returns my phone calls. He says I forgot every single time. Do you not see the missed calls on your cellphone or the voicemails I leave you!? I got pulled over twice for having expired plates and had to explain my situation. I fortunately got off both times but there is hefty fine for driving an unregistered vehicle. After finally getting my plates, I immediately had my car tell me a service was needed. I was told when I got the car that I had 1 year of free service. I bring my key to BMW global imports so they can read what needs to be done. When they hand me a print out of the different services that need to be done I call up the dealership and they say the only thing that 1 year of free service covers are oil changes. Considering you need an oil change maybe once a year that ""1 year of free service"" is a straight lie. I told the service manager that I was told I get a year of free service and was unhappy that it only covers oil changes he says, ""whenever I get something for free I`m happy""... are you kidding me... Here is the service manager talking back to me. When I expect free service and instead get free oil changes I`m not going to be happy. Again, when you think of your worst nightmare of what a used car dealership is you should think of this place.
Oh... and by the way... I was in one day during the ""morning pep talk"" and legit heard the manager asking if everyone had written their reviews about the dealers on websites. Most of the guys were laughing about the things they had written and I`m just sitting there as if I`m invisible... this dealership is ridiculous.
The only decent thing I might say is they are willing to negotiate.

Being from a Car Dealership background, I feel i have high expectations for dealerships today.
Gwinnett Suzuki exceeded my expectations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had a trade in. They have not paid off my trade in yet....I traded this car in over 2 months ago. They have ruined my credit by making me 60 days overdue on a car I don`t even own. We have tried to speak to a manager several time only to be hung up on, they apparently don`t have a corporate office. This place need to be shut down immediately!!!!! Please do not buy a ve... view morehicle from this dealership....you will regret it, I promise!!!!!!! Google this dealership so you can see all the negative feedback.

THE WORST EVER!
I have had the worst experience ever with dealing with this dealership. The professionalism is out the door from the GM Ricky down to sales and finance - Richard. You would NOT want to waste your time or money, they will over price you and take you for your money.
