Honest service

I took my 2001 Dodge Stratus in because I knew the transmission was bad. They checked it out for me while I waited free of charge. 45 minutes later they said I needed a soleniod block and a transmission service for 495.00 and it will be done by the end of the day. I thought for sure it was going to spend 2000.00. Picked it up and it is working great. They could have taken advantage of me....glad they are honest.

PAID $4,000 for sloppy work!

Horrible service!!! Sloppy work!!! I have to take my car back to the Lexus dealership to complete the work they should have done on my transmission. I was charged $99.50 by the Lexus dealership. Mr. Transmission would not even reimburse me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! There are other transmission shops in town.
