I`ve been going to this place ...

I`ve been going to this place because they were close, for one, and they APPEARED to be the better place to get a car repaired in the local vicinity (they`re always busy, so they must be a reputable location, right? WRONG!!) . They tend to overcharge for a lot of their services and the mechanics there don`t always fix the problem right the first time. I`ve had one of two wheel bearings they fixed replaced under t... view moreheir warranty in less then one year. The other has gone bad conveniently after the warranty expired. To add to injury, I just had a transmission flush done here and I`m almost certain they have something to do with it not working and why the Check Engine light is on at the current moment . All they told me when I brought the car back in was that it was low on fluid and that they would reset the code. They didn`t even bother to tell me what the code was. If I had the time and money I`d definitely serve them with a lawsuit. I`ve given them way too much of my time and money. It`s time to find a better mechanic.

I tried the Goodyear in Avonda...

I tried the Goodyear in Avondale on Memorial Dr. before, years ago and here is it April of 2012 and they are just as sorry as they were back when. The guy Donavan who calls himself a Manager has very little customer service skills. More importantly, these guys can`t seem to get my brakes to stop squeaking, although I followed all of their suggestions. I opted to have ALL of the pads changed out on my vehicle and ... view moreI let them turn all the rotars, as they suggested. By the time i got home, the brakes were squeaking worse than they were when I took it in. (Not to mention I just had the dealer to replace the pads 6 months ago!) After taking the car back 2 weeks later, they called me on the phone, claiming the brakes were fixed. When the guy arrived at my home, I heard the brakes squeaking even worse as he turned the corner! I had words with Donavan because he had offer to tell me over the phone when we were having scheduling problems, that &quot;i can`t fix your brakes over the phone&quot;. No kidding, I probably would have had better luck, letting him fix them over the phone. At any rate, as you guessed, they would get 0 stars from me! Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful. Oh and as of my brakes, I now have been asked by them to bring the car back a 3RD time.
