sold a car with a bad engine

I bought this car a lincoln lx 2001 two month later it btoke down because it had water in the engine! I call and the owner which is mariana but she denied being the owner and said honey is a used car! Wow i am hiring and attorney becsuse it seems i am not the only one they did this to. Dishonest Dealership

I am a hardworking women looking for a decent car to get to and from work. Found these guys online and went to their lot to purchase a vehicle. 3 weeks from my purchase date the car did not pass emissions so I took it back and they fixed it. 3 days after they fixed it the transmission starting jumping and now I need a new transmission. I purchased a car from this lot on March 27. Prior to my purchasing the car, I ran a car-fax, car-fax came back with no major issues with the car. When I drove the car to work the next morning I noticed that when you turn on the ignition the check engine light does not illuminate. I knew from that, that someone had removed the bulb because the light was on. I took the car to have a diagnostic done, it came back w... view moreith one code. I went to the lot to inform them of this and I was told to drop the car off that Tuesday and they would repair it. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday went by never heard from ANYONE, tried calling Maria and she was not answering my calls, finally on Saturday I called the office spoke to someone and was told the car would not be ready until Monday, which was not feasible for me because I have to work on Monday. About 6:00 I get a call saying the car was ready for pickup. When I dropped the car off it was at a 1/2 tank of gas, when I picked it up the light was on and 102 miles had been added to my car and all of the belongings had been rearranged. I turn on the ignition and the check engine light still did not illuminate, so I took it to have another test, and wouldn`t you know, the exact same code came up. They had my car for 3 1/2days and did absolutely NOTHING but drive my gas out. My next step is to contact my attorney because this car will not even pass emissions and it is illegal in the state of Georgia to knowingly sale a car that will not pass emissions, especially from a car lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT, they are liars and frauds.

I bought my car from here on December 21st. When I originally looked at it, they told me they didn`t know anything about the car because they had just bought it from an auction. They also told me they serviced the car and was in great condition.. 3 weeks later (now), the CV transaxle comes loose, the transmission fluid all leaked out, and my car won`t budge.
