I am very pleased; In & out in 15 minutes (after calling the day before - at 20 minutes before closing - to get their advice & order the tires). They were very friendly, helpful, professional, & patient (both on the phone & in person). They explained the defects in my old tires & put on some great new tires at a great price. Well worth the drive from Chattanooga!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A MINUS 5 STARS IF I COULD, THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, AND WOULDNT EVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE AGAIN, IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT, SOLD ME SOME BAD TIRES AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY AND WAS DOWN RIGHT RUDE ABOUT, REPORTING THIS PLACE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Should have read this first

im not a big fan of comments on the net bout buzines. wish i would read them more now. started this account so i could share whn i go and get crap servicee like this, one guy could not get of his cell phone long enough to say hi, the place is trashd, and the guy that talkd to me actd mad cuz he was eatin. sorry folks i wil keep drivin even if i had 3 flat tires not to deal with them agan.

Don`t forget the BIG JERK!

Their sign says ""Dont forget the little man"", it should say, ""Dont forget the BIG JERK!"",,, When I left I promised not to forget to my son who is the one who suggested to me that their sign needs to be changed.! Those idiots actually acted like they had no clue what I was talking about, they didn`t even care what I was talking about. I get so sick of their bs radio commercials. Great small town place

I do a newspaper route at night, and frequently have to replace tires. I have started regularly going to Rocksprings Tire because I was drawn to the sign saying, Dont forget the little man. From a very small town myself, I was compelled to give them a shot. It definitely reminded me of the hospitality I was familiar with growing up in Oglethorpe County. They were very kind, had my car in and out in less than 10 minut... view morees, and charged me a very reasonable rate. The only problem I have had is once they didnt have my size tires, so they replaced the two front tires with a smaller size to get me by. They moved my good front tire to the back which had a lower quality tire on it, so they gave me the best two tires I had and two good used tires. I was very impressed and will continue to go there. :)

Great Service - OK Smile

I have used the services of Rock Spring Tires 3 or 4 times, for different things, over the last couple of years and have always gotten really good service. I do however want to say that the guys need to smile a little more. For service on my tires, I`d rate them 5 star - for overall customer service I`ll have to give a 4 star rating.

Don`t Forget the Little Man?

I went to this place to buy a new set of tires. I was lookin for a cheap set of new tires. You always here how great they are from the radio and papers. Ha! I want everyone to know my experience. They are rude and dont want to deal with people in general. I have never had a worse experience. I had to wait at least 10 min before someone would even speak to me.
