DON`T SEE O.C. I have bought 2 vechicles from this dealership & although I wasn`t too impressed w/ that experience; I have to say, their service dept really took the cake. I recently brought one of my vechicles in for a recall repair. The guy whom I dealt w/ over the phone was determined that my vechicle not make it out of their service dept without some kind of repair/fee. Everytime he would suggest I needed... view more some type of work done, I called his bluff, then he would give some line like "Oh, I thought your`s was another vechicle." Not only were they shady, they were pricey & I`m sorry but if your a mechanic you can only be one or the other. My suggestion to anyone wanting to buy Ford would be to make the extra 30 min drive to Savannah to JC Lewis Ford or if you are north of OC, go to Ravenel Ford; you will be glad you did.

When I returned I spent hours waiting for the salesman ro take care of a customer that wasn`t even on the site. But I waited anyway. stranded and then saved

I was traveling on my way to Virginia from Florida and on the hottest day of the year and my air-conditioning went out. After sweating my way the OC Welch their great service department brought me right in and figured out I needed a compressor. I had to wait and their mechanic stayed on it to get me on the road for less than what a small garage quoted me when I called while I waited!

I would give their service dep...

I would give their service dept a negative if I could. We were from out of town and our F-350 SD 4wd broke down.We called them on Monday morning, 8/1/11 and explained we had to leave on 8/12. Kevin, the service mgr, said "bring it right in. We will run diagnostics right away.` Tammy in the service dept kept putting us off and putting us off. 8 days later they still had not run diagnostics. We went over Tammy`s ... view morehead and once again spoke to Kevin, the service MGR. He got us in 8 days later! By this time they said there was NO WAY they could get the truck fixed by when we had to leave. It had also hydrolocked during diagnostics and no one told us. We had to pay a diagnostic fee of $168.00. We were lucky enought to find a GREAT diesel mechanic who fixed it and said he got 7 trucks that week alone from OC Welch Ford-Lincoln-Mercury, Inc. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO OC WELCH FORD TO BE SERVICED!
