I really wish they would put more pride into their work.

I really want to be more generous here. I rarely post, & sometimes even disregard the occasional negative review for certain things, but this applies to EVERYONE who considers this garage. I work on my own vehicle often, didn`t have the time nor proper tools to do a specific project I requested, and wanted someone close by without having to deal with a wait...hence making this mistake. These guys make it extre... view moremely convenient until you walk into their waiting area lobby to potentially screw up your vehicle worse than it was.. For instance, they offer a very small discount for anyone paying cash (which I realized was silly of me to accept once I realized how they put certain things back the wrong way...only pay with your credit card here!). A few of the guys know even know exactly what to say, & defer accountability when they don`t put things back the right way, which in my case happened TWICE, the first time I wrote it off as a simple mishap and ended up coming back 2 years later. This ""tech"" left my engine light on, was able to retrace his initial mistake and had the nerve to ask for a tip! I found this insanely bizarre. As for the second time which proved more dire, they put a swaybar link in the wrong way causing the front end to tilt & pull. I got home inspected the car, and found unfortunately this was NOT the only thing , but one of the most important, and the reason why I`m writing this--as they did not seem to care or inquire about my concerns that it was put back the wrong way (they even lost a few parts!) once I handed over the money to retrieve my vehicle from them. They told me to bring the vehicle back after I personally looked it over and proved the rough edges in their incomplete work, and while they were able to give me a small assessment of a few areas of concern on my car, they unfortunately could not handle the few menial tasks I requested in putting it back together properly. Deciding to avoid all fruitless future interaction with these guys, I tucked my tail and decided to finish it myself... If you are the owner reading this, please know you can improve on gaining trust & servicing your customers better. I would also suggest the ""secretary"" show a little more professionalism with customers, and actually have a clue on whats going on if she does decide to be nice and speak with us instead of just flipping through the tv channels all day. She looked like a lost customer sitting behind the desk.
