I am the owner of Rush Automotive. Looking at one negative comment from 2009 on a jeep we installed a power steering pump. Wondering how many people can see through these comments and see the truth. 1. Pricing from a quality auto repair center is Retail Pricing! In other words you can go to a part store and buy wholesale. All auto repair centers mark up the price when sold retail for anyone`s car. That is where you... view morer warranty comes from. We don`t install the cheapest parts. We install quality parts 2. The only time anyone is ask to leave is when their mouth is using curse words. 3. If someone leaves food in their car and delays picking it up for many days that car will be visited by "critters" Keep your car clean and this will not happen.

The worst nightmare of my life!

This was the worst experience I`ve EVER had with a mechanic! It started where my power steering pump broke and released all the fluid, I`m new to GA therefore I don`t have a regular mechanic as of yet. I called one place who said they don`t have a tow truck but referred me to rush who directed me to a tow truck company. When the truck picked up my car and dropped it off, rush called and told me the cost of a rebuil... view moret pump would be $127. I called a mechanic friend in another state, autozone, my old mechanic and a few other places who says the part should only cost $59. When I asked rush they said they don`t buy from local places and price is nonegotiable or i can get my car + $10 for processing towing +a gallon of power steering fluid i later found out this isnt made in gallons! When i went to pickup my car a rat had eaten through the interior of my car. I had to call the cops to file a police report, because the owner told me to get of property. Say`s he isnt responsible..NIGHTMARE Rush will nickel and dime you to make up for the lack of business! So deal with them at your own risk!
