This business deserves no stars. What a poor way to treat customers. I took my old tire in to have it replaced with a temporary used tire. I dont like to buy new tires if I dont need four brand new ones. The guy at the shop said he had a tire to put on my rim I said great. As he was taking the old tire off the rim, it was not budging and seemed to be stuck. He Said "sometimes these small tires (size 195 60 r15) ... view more are sometimes stiff and hard to get off". So he lubed the tire and began to force it off. The next thing we heard a big pop. I was like what was that. He looked at the tire and said "oh it a pressure gauge on the tire". He took out the old valve stem and put another in. I said are you going to put that pressure gauge back in and he said" I cant its broke, but I can go buy a new one and he would put it in for free". He stated they only cost forty dollars. I said are you going to pay for it. He said no because he was not going to buy a forty dollar part for me just buying a twenty dollar tire. I was blown away absolutely shocked. You dont treat any customer like that. He said and
I quote " when I take something apart and it breaks, I dont replace it. I only replace things if it breaks when I put it on". REALLY! This is the type of person that gives people the impression that southerners are dumba----. I put my old tire back on and left. Needless to say the pressure sensor cost $80, bought a new tire for $80, and had the gauge installed. All in all It cost me $160 thanks to this fly by night local idiot. What ever you do avoid here. If you love your car, dont take it to this moron. You might be paying for something that he breaks because he is not liable.
