Best Shop in the Area

I was getting ready to head to a party for my DJ business and when I went to start my car, it wouldn`t start. I called these guys and they came and picked up me and my car, towed us to their shop, and had me back on the road in enough time to still make it to my gig on time. These guys rock and I highly recommend them for any automotive need.

Amazing Professional Service

I was amazed at how fast they was able to put a transmission in my car. They came with their own tow truck and picked up my car in the morning and had it finished by the end of the day. It runs better now than it ever has!

CROOKS! Do NOT let these amate...

CROOKS! Do NOT let these amateurs touch your car. I stopped here because they were advertising a $19.95 oil change. I asked SPECIFICALLY if they changed the oil filter on these quick-changes. Manager Larry said ?ˆ?Oh yeah!?ˆ? I repeated my question. He again answered ?ˆ?Yeah!?ˆ? I had already crawled under my car and put a mark on the old oil filter so that I could check to see if it had been replaced when they were done.... view more I learned to do this after I had been ripped off from another place. Sure enough, when Manager Larry said they were finished, I asked him if he changed the filter, and he said ?ˆ?oh yeah!?ˆ? I got my keys, walked out to the car, crawled under the car behind my front right tire and checked the oil filter and sure enough they did NOT change the old oil filter. I saw the same mark on the filter that I had made before I left it with them. Now, I?ˆ™m wondering if they even changed the oil. CROOKS! Do NOT let these amateurs touch your car. I had already heard stories about these guys before I went, but thought since I asked Mgr. Larry twice about my oil filter that he would have the character to actually do an honest job. ?ˆ¦guess I was wrong. (I have already posted comments about this shop and contacted the Covington Chamber of Commerce) - (You can see other comments here about the theft these guys engage in ... they give the good shops a BAD name!) (I can only assume that the positive comments here were made by friends of Larry and the guys!)

These guys are highly professi...

These guys are highly professional and will keep your car running perfectly. My only problem is that I don`t have that nice pimp out ride, so I find their attempt to &quot;fine tune&quot; everything on my car rather expensive. Their estimates end up being about half of what my car is worth. If you`ve got a newer car, though, and you want to keep it perfect. This is the place.
