Glad that I got options with them!!

I purchased a used car from a typical used car dealership. (I have no idea what the two above reviews are referring to since this is a repair shop.) Two months later my transmission went out and was not covered by any warranty. I just got back to work after being very ill and had little money left for repairs. This company repaired my transmission, financed the repair, and gave me a written guarantee. I have had no ... view morerepeat issues since. Everyone was really nice and patient with me. The only draw back was the time it took to complete the repair. In purchasing the car used, I knew there would be issues. This shop made it so much easier to deal with.

Run away!!!

I had went here to check out a car, as I have bad credit and have few options. When I got there, they had maybe 10 or 15 cars--all old, all ugly. And on top of that, I was there forever! When I finally managed to find a car that I could actually deal with, they told me that it needed a repair (can you believe that???) so they gave me a "loaner" car in the meantime. The loaner was an equally old car that sme... view morelled like stinky a**. Even febreze didnt help. They told me that I could come in the next day to pick up the car. I never got a call. I ended up going to JD Byrider to get a car. I mean, they arent the best, but they are a helluva lot better than Just Right. And they have a bigger selection also. If you have bad credit like me, go to JD Byrider first!

SELLING LEMONS CARS

I bought a car from them in march2008 and it has broken down on me 4 times since then. they say each time that they have fix the problem and each time it keeps doing the same thing. each time they charge me to fix it , the will not allow me to trade it in nor will they take it back. I`m SUCK sill making payments, but don`t have a RUNNING car. I WOULD SERIOULY NOT DEAL WITH THEM. OR U MIGHT END UP LIKE ME
