Would NEVER use these guys again. My Dad brought a storm window in to have the glass replaced in the frame. He got it back and the weather stripping was half off, silicone smeared all over the glass, frame doesn`t even feel like it`s going to stay together, and I`m not sure it will even fit back in the tracks. LOUSY JOB! No pride in their work.

Horrible Experience !!! Tried ...

Horrible Experience !!! Tried to get custom work that wasnt right only to be blamed on the tile in my bathroom. When trying to get the situation resolved, the OWNER told me that I should have the areas re-tiled so his glass would fit. Since they didnt measure correctly to start with, he didnt want to make it right. I requested a partial refund and he said I could take him to court that I wasnt getting any money back.... view more So no ethics here ! BEWARE !!!! No I have to pay more to have it done right. BEWARE!!!!
