This establishment is a rip off and they take advantage of college students coming there with out parents. They charged my daughter very high fees for labor and hours worked when it only took them 15 minutes to put it on and the car is worst than it was when she brought it up there. She took it back and they wanted to charge her again to see what the problem was that they caused. Southside Service incorrectly ...

Southside Service Center incorrectly put a part on the car wrong causing the transmission fluid to not flow. During the month that it took to get it fixed elsewhere, the communication I had with the owner Kaye Williams was aggravating; she was very rude beyond words. Never take your car there, they don`t know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work.

Don`t stand by their work

Southside Service incorrectly installed a transmission filter wrong causing the transmission fluid to not flow. They installed the O ring seal backwards. Once I drove away and found there was a problem, they did nothing but put more transmission fluid in. I never once told them that they could even touch my transmission.
