Thought this need to be said thats all
I went there because my friend bought from Will and recommend I should go see him and I did. Will was very very helpful. I have bought Cadillacs in the past but never from Classic but I have found a new home and salesman. I was 100% completely satisfied. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Classic Cadillac and Will.

Don`t walk, run away!
Classic Cadillac might be okay to deal with in person, but I would not recommend them for an internet purchase. I was told the 03 Infiniti I bought was in great shape. When they were going to do a walk around with me on the phone I was told it was raining. When I got the car it was covered in dents, dings, and scratches. Plus a wood trim piece on the driver?ˆ™s door was cracked. All obvious to anyone looking at th... view moree car. I asked if there was anything that I would be disappointed with when I get the car, ?ˆ?you?ˆ™ll love the car.?ˆ? Besides the $450.00 in body work I spent, it has an engine problem that has yet to be diagnosed. No telling what that?ˆ™s going to run me. One plus, I got a 3 year warranty for the price of the 1 year, but I wouldn?ˆ™t have bought the car at the price I gave if they would have told me the truth. I would suggest NOT buying from these guys.

Deceptive Practice
My wife and I went in to test drive, and most probably order, a 2010 Subaru Outback earlier today. The salesman informed us he needed to show my drivers license to his Manager before we could go for a test drive. I said I did not want my license copied, and he assured me it would not be. I`m concerned about identify theft, and never give out my SS number. Also, it is a known practice of some dealers to run a credit c... view moreheck while you are in the showroom, and although we have a perfect credit score, credit inquiries alone can lower your rating. I went to the Manager myself to show him my license, and he acknowledged he had to make a copy as it is their company policy. The Salesman would have known this. I figure if a salesman would be deceptive about something like that, he was not someone I should be buying a car from. We walked out. The dealership almost certainly missed out on a cash sale today, possibly two.

Not Great... but not bad
I recently purchased an car from Classic Subaru, and my experience was okay - but certainly not above average. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the sales person I spoke with. Unlike other dealerships that I visited he took the time to point out every detail of the SUV that I was looking at. He was pleasant and not pushy. He seemed confident that Subaru would sell it self based on it`s merits, and that it w... view moreas more his job to point out it`s functions as opposed to encouraging me to buy it.

When it came to negotiating the price that was an entirely different matter. It was clear from the beginning that the ""sales person"" I was working with did not have the authorization to negotiate. Every time it came down to actually lowering the price below sticker, he would need to talk to his manager. After about a week of phone calls - and his essential refusal to respond in detail to my emails - I came back into the office to further discuss the price. This time, the manager came our of his office to talk with me. The negotiation essentially consisted of me saying I could pay X price, while they essentially pointed out I was already getting a good deal. I big point of contention was their unwillingness to discuss the price until they saw my trade in. I tried to explain that wasn`t my concern, because I needed to know I was paying a good price (via trade in, cash, etc) without consideration of my trade. This was a point they never were able to understand.

When all was said and done I think I ended up paying at least $1500 more then I should have. In the end Classic Subaru ended up with a good deal, and I ended up with a good car. It could have been much worse.
