Regal Nissan - Extra Service

I just purchased a used vehicle from Regal Nissan. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Daryl Heinrich and he provided a service that I would never even assume I could ask for. I always take a used car I`m considering buying to my mechanic. The hard part is figure out my work schedule around the time my mechanic is available to check it out. My mechanic was about 45 minutes away each way and he would have to wait for it and of course there was no guarantee I would even buy the car. That service alone is worthy of a 5 star review. The rest of the buying process was done well also.

Best Prices and Service

I recently was assigned to a project in Atlanta and not knowing which company to use for work on my Xterra I hit the internet and made several calls. A co-worker recommended Regal and they ended up not only being the best cost (less then $430 from all other bids) but by far the best personal service I have received in a very long time. Best Salesman EVER!

I was searching for a new SUV for my mother on the internet and this is where I met Robert from Regal Nissan from internet sales. Later that week we met Robert to see the new Rogue. He was excellent! They gave my mother a great deal on her trade in and was extremely professional and sincere. Disappointed with lack of customer service

Family and I stopped by here looking for a new car this weekend and were stunned by the lack of customer service. After walking the new car lot, we walked through the showroom. The receptionist didn`t even acknowledge us in any way. After we started to leave someone came out and said a sales person would be with us in a few minutes. Stupid dealership with non friendly non smily service department

Will never buy any car from this dealership again nor get my new car serviced there. Just avoid this dealership if you can , if you are making any transactions make sure you have everything in writing as they will never honor their promises. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.

One of the worst experience I have had. Working with Steph in service was painful. Steph and all those in the service department refuse to return calls or answer your questions. I tried on several occasions to relay this information and no one was willing to help. They do not offer assistance and seem confused about customer service. Only after contacting the president of the dealership was I able to finalize issu... view morees with my vehicle. Service appointments only take 4 1/2 hours which are normal lengths when having service done for you vehicle.

There are better places to go than to these people. Do not waste your time or money.
