WORST customer service ever!!

I have owned my jaguar for two years and dread every time I have to go in for even an oil change!!

The wait time is awful!! I waited almost 2 hours just for a car wash.....after throwing another $1800 into the car.

My car was making odd sounds near the front brakes. I took it in 3 times before they informed me my brake pads were shot.....figured that out on the 3rd visit??

My air conditioning ven... view moret clips just randomly fell off....of course NOT covered under warranty.Normal wear and tear??? Oh yes no follow up call back on that either!

I always appreciate a beatiful Hunde rental car.....which unfortunetly I have had to get too often!

I love my car BUT will never by a Jag from them again!

From 1999 to 2008 Thanks to Cliff Hall at Nalley Jaguar

One year ago in November 2009, I had a 1999 Infiniti q45 that I absolutely loved but had too many issues to get fixed and was running at 14 mpg. Great Experience

I recently purchased a vehicle at Nalley Jaguar and worked with Cliff Hall. I was debating between a BMW 550, Jaguar XF and Lexus IS250. Since Nalley Jaguar had all three, I decided to make that my first stop. I ultimately decided on the XF, and I love it!
