If you are looking for a great service, honest people and great prices - this is your place! Recently, I was in a pretty bad accident and had to file through my insurance since the guy who hit me did not have one. I received a check from my insurance and started shopping around. Talk about feeling like a number! I am a female, but I am far from stupid:). When I got to this place, the owner was very professional, explained the options and gave me a great price. He kept in touch through the repair process, stayed within the agreed budget and (the best of all surprises!!!!) had my car detailed after fixing it. Hail Damage fix

Back in April of 2009, my pride and joy Mazda Rx-8 suffered some severe hail damage. So bad to where to I had to file a claim through my insurance policy. After looking at several large shops in the north Atlanta area, I became very discouraged to see the way customer service operated. I decided to check it out, and was very pleased from the moment I walked through the door. It is a family owned shop that really values the concept of keeping the customer informed. While my car was being fixed, I received calls from an actual voice, not an automated machine, giving me update statuses on the repairs of the car, and payments received from the insurance company. They really made me feel at ease with the whole situation, and when my car was finished it looked brand new again. I am extremely thankful for the team at Express Auto Body for taking such good care of me and would recommend them to anyone who values exceptional work and quality service all in one.
