We have taken all of our family vehicles to H&A for over 9 years, upon the recommendation of a family member who also loves them. We have received excellent, trustworthy service without fail. In fact, any time we`ve ever received an estimate for work anywhere else, Bart at H&A has ALWAYS quoted us a MUCH lower price, without knowing we had any other estimate - and has never upped it on us. They are the veh... view moreicle repair shop that we trust, and that`s worth gold. We`ve never had any experience even remotely comparable to the other reviewer, and I truthfully find that reviewer`s account difficult to believe.

No Customer Service/BAD Alignment
I DO NOT recommend H&A! They did an alignment on my car and 5 months later I had a busted front tire. Upon inspection, both the front end tires were completely eaten down to the metal on the inside of the tire. The outside tread still looked brand new! I took the car back with both of the tires and they said they would "fix" the alignment at no cost, but wanted me to pay $120 for new tires. When my husb... view moreand tried to talk to the owner, he and one of his employees insulted us, even told my husband maybe he should have gone to MIT so that he could understand how alignments affect tread. They also said that "a MAN wouldn`t let his wife drive around with out checking her tires." By driving the car, you would have not know that the alignment was messed up, which the owner agreed with us on, so we never had a reason to suspect it! I was 7 1/2 months pregnant and they told me that I should be getting down and checking the air pressure and tired check every time I fill up my tank and that it was completely our problem. They kept trying to say "bye" and "ya`ll go on," but they had not even FOUND my car keys. We were not expecting to get free tires, but at least a really good deal on new ones with the understand that they were at fault. NOPE, they wanted us to pay $120 for new tires. After their insults, we were not going to spend that with them. We took my car to another tire dealer, who inspected my tires and said based on the outside tread we still would have had over 10000 miles on them. My husband is a manager for another small business in Griffin and would NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated. HORRIBLE customer service...if you would even call it that. One of the employees said, "hope you learned a lesson". We sure did, never use this company for any reason and we will make sure to tell others to do the same!
