I am a single mother of 4. On 2/28/11 I took my savings to make $2000 down payment for a Audi A4. The day after I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. I brought the car back and they promised to repair. 2 days later the light was back on. I took the car back again and again for a total of 5 times each time they kept my car for nearly a week to "repair". I took the car to dealership to find ou... view moret what was wrong and I gave them the report. I refused to make another payment until they truly make the repairs. The next night they came and repo the car. They add $300+ rep fee. As always, I agreed to pay as long as the car was repaired. They have my car 2 weeks now since and it is still not fixed! I have spoke to Richard (repairman), Angel (Salesman), John (Manager), and Nick (owner). Each time they brush me off and give me no resolution probably because I am a single African American woman. My children and I have no transportation and One Source is laughing all the way to the bank! I am a dissatisfied customer to say the least!
