Radio Active of Locust Grove = Amazing

They accomplished what was allegedly impossible. Searched the local area for someone to work on my rare `92 Infiniti M30 convertible, and found the guys at Radio Active to be by far the most knowledgeable, consumer confidence is big for me, and I am thankful I chose them. The people were friendly (Owner and Staff included, great people) and the atmosphere is amazing. The store has an area dedicated to sub-woofe... view morers and another strictly for testing and finding the right stereo and speakers to suit your desires. They have a good selection of quality speakers and other merchandise and pricing is reasonable. I asked for my car to be kept in shade and it was! Plus it was finished right on time! Best of all they found a way to keep my dash controls for my stereo working (was told by experienced mechanics and many others that it couldn`t be done). Definitely recommending to people and definitely going back if I decide to get a Viper Alarm or Tint. Amazing work guys!

Thanks for a great system!

Great place to get a system! I bought speakers and a radio there. They went ahead and installed everything for me pretty quick. And I got my windows tinted, too! Now, my car looks great and sounds GREAT!! Thanks guys for a really good job!!! I`ll defintely tell my friends where to go.

Terrible costumer service and very poor install

If your looking for a high end car audio installation this is not the place and the owner is terrible with a very bad attitude. (like he and his company is Gods gift to the world). Bottom line research any place, that has your very high investment in their possession. Don`t go there.

Radio Active excellent custom work

Radio Active has tinted 3 cars for me and set us two systems including customs subwoofer boxes. Great work and my subs sound absolutely awesome in my Bronco and he coated the boxes to give the finish I wanted. I believe the coating is what they use to coat bedliners. Owner treated us horribly..;and damaged equipment

I called radioactive this morning to see if they could install a subwoofer with amp and run the wiring. The owner said ""no problem"" and we told him we would be there in an hour. When we arrived an hour later he gave us an attitude saying we were late (when we weren`t) so he had to vehicles ahead of us. We left the vehicle and equipment there to be installed. As a side note, we had tint installed from this place abo... view moreut 6 months ago and it was starting to bubble up (we paid extra for the 3m tint). He was going to replace this free of charge as well. We go back 3 hours later to the store, only to find that the owner ""passed on the install""., because he couldn`t find a hole in the firewall. We own a brand new Infiniti and couldn`t believe that a stereo install shop couldn`t do their job. I was upset because we didn`t even get a phone call saying he wasn`t installing the equipment. Then we looked over the new tint, which was installed again. Before leaving we made sure all the purchased equipment was still in the trunk only to find they had scratched the subwoofer enclosure. we just bought it!!! the owner claimed he didn`t do it. He then got angry and said ""he didn`t appreciate my attitude"" Really??? a 600 dollar box and he didn`t appreciate my attitude??? He actually stated he was ""done"" and walked in the store. Never resolved anything. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER!!!

Crappy Place Treat you like your stupid!

I went in there looking for a radio. I have been around in the car audio scene and actually use to participate in SPL contests and other things in car shows like NOPI and HIN. First of all the guys wouldnt quit staring at my boobs and looking at me like I was a piece of meat. Then they treated my like i was stupid and like I didnt know anything about car radios. i am way more advanced than your average radio con... view moresumer. They talked down to me and only paid attention to me cause of my looks. real jerks and besides, thier prices are way too high. I went to another radioactive in Jonesboro and got better treatment and better prices! Thanks jonesboro store !

Wow! What a great experience I had today. I just had my windows tinted and a new radio put in my Honda Accord. These guys did a great job and they were very friendly and did the work in no time at all. And I LOVE IT! sounds great! thanks you guys!!
