Waste of time-they do not keep promises-and bait and switch
I talked with sales person Roman the day before I went to look at a Volvo. He said arranged for the car to be delivered to the lot as it was on a different lot. I called the next day at 11 to say I would be there at 1, he said he couldn`t come in today but speak to Brian or Brad. Got there at 1:00 Brian had the day off and Brad was with one of his customers. I waited -finally a manager introduced me to a different sa... view moreles associate- he said he was going to the lot right then to get the car-I waited- he brought the wrong car! It was a more expensive version of the one I had requested! I showed him on my phone the one they were advertising. It was in Alpharetta! The sales manager then came out again and said he was so sorry for wasting my time they would deliver the car to my house to test drive. I`m still waiting. The one I originally called about was sold and is still currently being listed on their site. Save time waiting and go elsewhere!

Waste of time!!
I spoke to the dealer over the phone several times and had a deal pretty worked out. On the morning that we were going to sign the papers he said it may take about 2 hours compared to the 30 min quote he gave me the day before but I let that go and drove from the other side of town to the dealership anyway. Once we got there the deal was not even close to done and 2 hours later they bring us a higher price than we di... view morescussed! We were so angry because they wasted our time that we walked out. After that the ""general manager"" called 15 min later with the best he could do. I am so angry with the game playing dishonest car dealers at this dealership I had to write a review. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else!

Good service, sales staff needs both manners and sales skill
In October 2009 I bought a G-37 Journey sedan from this dealership. In the 2 1/2 years since, I have had only very positive experiences with the SERVICE part of the operation.
HOWEVER -- in January 2012, I was in the market to buy an M-37. I visited the dealership 3 different times about various cars they had. Each time I was met by an individual who didn`t see to know anything about the cars, lacked basic manners,... view more and needless to say was clueless about anything other than to say I need to talk to my manager about that. Well the managers always seemed not to be there or in meetings. Don`t waste your time.
If you wish to buy an Infiniti, visit Infiniti of Gwinnett or Infiniti of South Atlanta. Both have very professional, courterous, sales staffs. I finally found the car I wanted at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Both of these dealers may be a drive from Marietta, but it is worth the effort not to waste time. Oh-- note also, Nalley tacks on a ""dealer package"" that adds $1100 to each car. Though the days of ""packs"" were over. Guess this dealership has reverted to the bad old days of salesmanship.

Terrible dealership, wasted my time with deception
I talked to their internet agent and liked the price. I agreed to buy the car and even offered a deposit to hold. On a Friday afternoon we drove from North Forsyth to Marietta and took over an hour. Before we left I called the girl back and said confirm the deal with your manager, make sure everything will be ready to go and then we will leave. She called back and said the manager confirmed the price again and he ... view morehad given her the price the first time. We drove over an hour in Friday afternoon traffic to get there. We got there and the salesman then told us the car could be there tomorrow? What, I made an extra call to confirm it would be ready for delivery when we got there. Then the real shock was when they told me the car was a demo with 3,000 miles, not new as listed on their website. Then a bunch of lying started and the manager threw their internet department under the bus. Said he had never talked to her and she should have known it was a demo? This was all a big surprise and we left disappointed and upset. So our Friday afternoon went from all excited about my wife getting a new car to a wasted afternoon with very unprofessional people.
