Made Buying a Car a True Pleasure

My wife and I had to buy a car for our daughter. We decided on a used car and found a ""prospect"" at Capital Buick Pontiac GMC. I e-mailed my interest, and within a few hours, I received a response. I spoke to a Teresa Stevens and she couldn`t have been more professional, as well as, accomodating. I went to see the vehicle and was greeted, upon arriving at the dealer, by Teresa.
Not only was I pleased with vehic... view morele, but, what could be a horrible experience (second to buying a house) was a truly enjoyable experience because of the constant consideration towards customer service throughout the whole ordeal. Teresa introduced me to Doug (one of the managers) and also met a few other employees, all possessing a friendliness which is NOT usually a characteristic. of most car dealers. All they usually want is the ""sell"".
We all, including my daughter, are very pleased with the new purchase, but most importantly,are very happy with the manner in which Capital handled our car-buying experience.
Kudos to all of the staff and especially, to Teresa Stevens for making, what could have been a disaster, a true pleasure! Thank you...Thank you...Thank you !!!!!!
