not a happy customer!

July 23rd, 2013 9:20 AM et time A African American female answer the phone, sounded professional at first, went downhill fast after I ask a few questions. She got irritated when she wasn`t able to find our number in the system. We purchase the battery from carquest a few yrs ago and wanted to see if it was still under warranty. We r having issues with it and we are 35 miles from them. I gave her all the info she... view more had asked and she said we were not in system. I offered the numbers and a serial number off the battery and she said no, there was a code on the side we looked and no code, she got rude and kept saying bring it in we cant help u unless u bring it in. i can tell she was irritated with the fact that she didn`t wont to deal with helping me over the phone anymore. I was not going to waste my time to bring a battery in if was not under warranty. i have had the same cell number for 10 years and it would have been in the system. Someone else`s name kept coming up. Bad customer service and very rude. there was no reason for her to act that way and then she was condescending where the other people at work thought she was being nice. i will not ever order parts from them again.
