I purchased a Mercedes CLK 2dr 12/21/12 from Auto World USA and the next day the vehicle started having all kinds of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on the display and the check engine light came on. I called on 12/22/12 or 12/23/12 and was told by the owner to bring it in and they would fix it. My mother and I brought it in on about the 12/26/12 and the owner said they would have to order some parts. He asked... view more did I have a ride so I could leave it here and they would fix it. I told him I had no ride the owner told me he would go ahead and order the parts and to bring it back when I got a ride or he would call when the parts came in. He also asked me to make a payment for them to began repairs the loan payment has to be current. I offered a partial payment because I was scared to give them more money he took the payment but warned me and my mother that the car may be repoed. I brought the car back in on 12/31/12 and left it with the the owner. After my car was there a few days I called to check on the status and spoke with J.C. who said he was the manager and had no knowledge of my car being there or being repaired and that he would have it fixed. I waited a few days and called back an spoke to J.C. the manager only to find the owner was out of town and he knew nothing about my car. I went to the dealerships and spoke to J.C. and him I wanted my money back. J.C. told me he had no authority to give me back my money but he assured me they would order the parts and fix the car. Before I left J.C. asked me for a payment I reluctantly gave it in fear of a repo and the fact he promised to fix the car. After my car being there a few days I received a call from Sherill of Auto World USA about making a payment to avoid being repoed. Inquired about my car being repaired and how can you repo me when you all have the car she put me on hold. After a lengthy hold she came back told me she knew nothing about my car being repaired and to disregard what she said and not to worry about the payment for now. I inquired once again about my car repairs only to find there new manager Joseph and that J.C. and the mechanic had been fired and the car was not fixed it maybe today or tomorrow and Joseph said he knew nothing of my car being fix. I went in to Auto world USA 1/11/13 when I got off work and told Joseph I wanted my money back. He said he didn`t have the authority to give me back my money but would have the car fixed today. I told him I didn`t trust them any more and don`t have time to handle this now because my ride has to go but that I`d be back later with the police and I wanted my car fixed or my money. I came back the same day with a different ride and his wife and asked Joesph for my money since the car was not fixed. He refused so I called the police. My rides wife tried to mediated the situation but after hearing both sides felt it was best I get my money back too. When the police arrived Joesph ran into his office. I spoke with the officers outside they took my report then went and spoke to Joseph. They came out after a several minutes and told me they would have my report ready soon and for me not to come back to Auto World USA or things would be the other way around for me. Now I have been basically issued a verbal criminal trespass notice and they have my money, the car, and I have nothing but a paper contract for my so called purchased car.

Doesn`t Pay Contractors
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. These guys refuse to pay their contractors. They`ve hired me to repair their computers on several occasions. One time they called my company on accident and then refused to pay because "we were there last week and didnt fix the problem". They had hired another company and mixed my telephone number up with the other company. After haggling for an hour they finally ... view moreagreed to pay, and paid my engineer a reduced rate (half the bill). My engineer just wanted out of there so he took what he could and left. Just today, they called and said they couldnt get in touch with their other computer guy so they wanted us. We explained the price, confirmed the appointment, and when we showed up they said the other computer guy had just arrived and that they didnt need our services. When asked to pay the bill, they say they dont have access to checks or cash... These guys are SLEEEEEEEZY crooks! Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware
Don`t trust anyone or any car at this dealership. Their reputation in the community is poor but unfortunately, I was not aware of this until after I purchased a work truck for my son in October, 2008. It ran for FOUR (4) days. After numerous conversations with the dealership, Better Business Bureau and legal agencies, I was told there was nothing I could do because it was an "as is" sale. I thought I had taken a... view morell the precautions and asked all the right questions. I even got a clean, good Carfax report. However, since the purchase, to date, we have had to replace a cracked radiator, wrong size battery, blown head gasket (entire motor), and front wheel bearings. I have been told that the transmission will need to be replaced soon as well as the rear end of the truck. Basically, we were sold a JUNK TRUCK and the manager and mechanic knew it. Where is the intergrity and the legal protection, that a dealership must truthfully and accurately disclose complete information about the condition of a vehicle??!! AutoWorld USA has offered no assistance in all that has went wrong since the purchase. Please learn from my mistakes and stay far, far away from this dealership. There are too many other truthful and honest used car dealerships to do business with.
