Car sent here by insurance company after accident. The car looked nice when it was done, but little did I know what was in store. The job was done with mediocre craftsmanship. I noticed after a few days to a week that all problems had not been fixed. This company swore that it was not the accident that caused the problems, but rather it was the age of my car and my driving habits. How could that be, everything was in... view more pristine shape before the accident. I took the car to a dealership and they assured me that an accident can cause the problems I was having. Atlanta Import Collision made me feel as if I was incompetent and I have even had new problems arise since taking my car there. One last thing: the owner told me that they do drive and pickup customers inside the perimeter. I told him where I lived (inside the perimeter) and he said he couldn`t do it, and insisted I catch a ride. What kind of service is that? I wished my insurance company had never sent my car there.

Nice Job! They handled everyth...

Nice Job! They handled everything and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. This was my first accident, and I will for sure use them if it ever happens again!

Great Service

Just had my Mercedes repaired and the shop was very professional and kept me up to date on all the repairs .This was my first incident and the whole process went very smooth . My car looks great and I will bring it back if I ever have another accident . THANKS GUYS

I hit the pole inside my garag...

I hit the pole inside my garage last week and stopped by to see Randy at Atlanta Import Collision. He has taken car of 3 of my families cars over the past ten years and have always had a good experience. My wife was amazed when she saw how clean the car was when I brought it back home. They will have mine and my friends business for a long time to come. Thanks again guys!

These guys are thieves!!!

The owner, Norm, is completely unprofessional!!

I recently had my car repaired at Atlanta Import Collision and not only did they lie to me about the price and then expected me to pay it anyway (after the work was done of course), but they yelled at me and threw papers at me! This behavior is completely ridiculous and I did nothing to provoke them. No one should have to pay more than what they agreed to.

Norm (owner) is actually the person who told me he didn`t care if I was pleased with the work they did and he is the one who yelled and threw papers at me. He obviously does not care about his business or his customers. Do not take your car here and make sure to tell others not to!

Great repair and staff!

The guys at Atlanta Import Collision repaired my BMW 745 a couple months back. What can I say, Im amazed! The final repair bill was over $18,000. They took very good care of my baby and kept me up to date on the repair. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. Even the guys at BMW couldn`t tell it had been repaired and were in awe when I showed them some of the pictures of the accident. They even use... view mored my car on their website.

Weasels

The people that run this shop are weasels, to put it nicely - I went in with a broken tail light, and left with a broken window (knocked off it`s track). They refused to take responsibility for the window and were ready for a fight the second I called. Norm and his secretary are rude and trickster individuals. Do NOT Take your car to this shop ever.

Stay away!!!

Do not take your vehicle to this shop EVER!!! The owner and workers at this place will make you pay hundreds of dollars in extra fees to them and to your insurance; whatever you do, DO NOT take your car to this location. I lost over $300.00 because they neglected my car and did not contact the insurance or my self of the fact that they could not even fix the damage...
