I went to AJ`s to purchase a vechical and I had A great experience, some thing was wrong with the car I carried it back and he had itr fixed and gave me a rental until it was fixed so I could keep going to work and they do work with you on down payments and put you in something you can afford.

I?ˆ™ve been to three other local car dealerships and all were willing to finance and work with my so-so credit, but really none willing to make a deal or even work with my budget when it came down to it EXCEPT for AJ?ˆ™S Auto. I recently met with AJ?ˆ™S Auto and had an opportunity to speak with the owner and general manager of the dealership; I had mentioned my concerns of past credit failures and had asked if they were lenient and/or willing to work with someone with not the best creditworthiness and a relatively small cash deposit to begin with. Do NOT buy from AJ

I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from AJ. The truck needed repairs and AJ PROMISED he would repair the truck. As of 1/28/2011 we have owned the truck for 54 days of which AJ had our truck 23 days "repairing" it. We left it with him 3 different times and NEVER could get the repairs made. As a matter of fact the second time we left it his employee lost a part to the gear shifter. The third time it was left to ... view moreactually replace the gear shifter (due to the part of it his employee lost) and repair a few other issues, and one of his employees left the sunroof open and it rained in my truck damanging it even more on top of after 8 days none of the repairs were made. If that was neglectful and unprofessional enough someone was smoking and left ashes all in the truck and ran out a quarter tank of gas joy riding. So at this point the court system is our only option. After putting $3000.00 down I only WISH I had done my research and NOT have gotten involved with AJ`s Auto INC. I leared a lesson the hard way don`t follow in my footsteps!!!

VERY Shady Business/FRAUDS/CROOKS

BUYER BEWARE!!!DO NOT use your credit card with AJ`s Auto. I used my credit there to pay my down-payment in installments and they charged my card without my authorization! They will use your card at their own discretion and charge it without your knowledge...I have reported them to BB Bureau, I have a police report on file w/Cobb County and the Sheriffs Dept. And wull be filing suit...So be aware, I WOULD not recomme... view morend purchasing from them, they are crooks!!! they even lied to the finance company and told them I already paid my down-payment in full, just so they get the loan paid to them!!! CROOKS! They will keep your credit card info on file and charge it some random amount...They WILL steal your money...They stole from me and my 3 kids, took all my money from my account (without) any authorization, I am FURIOUS and will seek justice! SHADY BUSINESS

From me and my friends experience they are not of a big help when it comes to the finance options and the customer service is very poor. The wife is the finance manager who appears to be nice but she is GREEDY. She works the loan out fully to their advantage by putting a $2000-$5000 on the actual sale price of the vehicle and works with the bank to approve the loan. The cars have high down payments to where you can h... view moreonestly purchase a new car for the down payment that they ask on certain vehicles. They only finance you through the only bank that they have access to from what the owner AJ states which is IDA in Duluth, ga., and your percentage rate could be as high as 28% if you are approved to finance with this bank. To me it`s all personally a rip off so BUYERS BEWARE when dealing with this auto dealer. They will have you riding in a car that isn`t financed after you`ve been lead to believe that your loan was valid which makes them feel that they can keep any deposit or down payment for the vehicle and send a recovery unit after you and the vehicle. My friend put $1500 down for a car and didn`t want the high loan with IDA so the dealership played with her money and said that she didn`t give them the full down payment which was clearly not the agreement.
