I recently had the windows tinted on my BMW 335i. I absolutely loved the service that I received. My car was finished in less time that I was told that it would take. The gentleman that helped me (Jeff) was such a nice person. He took time to explain to me the different tints that were available and what the pros and cons of each were. Don`t EVER take you car there....

Don`t EVER take you car there. As other reviews stated, management is extremely rude. 1st instance, i bought a set of Putco Chrome door handles. Got home to install and on one the chrome finish was bad. Took it back. They checked inventory and several others were the same way. Fast forward 4 months. Still haven`t gotten new set in. Traded and had my car windows tinted. They did a good job there. So i buy a new car, d... view moreecide to transfer my NAV unit. Went in, talked about harnesses etc. Paid for new runnerboards(installed crooked), and 250 to install a nav with BT, SAT and Ipod adaptor. Set appointment for early morning. was going to take 4 hrs. Picked up my car at 7:30PM. On my way home, found a list of 12 things not working correctly or even not at all. Called and they set appointment on July 4th. Then called me the saturday before to tell me they were closed. Rescheduled the next week for when they open. Told it would only take an hour and half. After 2 hrs, my car is in pieces and i`m stranded. They take me to work. That afternoon, they cost me 2hrs of lunch time and want to charge me more!!! I refused to pay. Dont give your money to these people. Take it where you will be appreciated as a customer and your time is treated as a priority.

This not the place to go.........

This not the place to go...... high end prices, and bad quality spend 230.00 and for them to redo their own bad work 35.00 more dollars. I went to total appearance to get my windows tinted and their quality of work is poor I couldn`t see clearly out my back window I went back to them and supposedly they change it but their was no deffence and they charge me for their poor work and I call back and i still had the s... view moreame problem and the said it was the glass itself even though it was a 2011 car Instead of saying my product might be bad or they just don`t know what their doing they say it the glass how stupid is that. So I went to Oasis Window Tinting they did great work I and now I can see out my back window. Go here to get your windows tinted.

This not the place to go.........

This not the place to go...... high end prices, and bad quality, especially in rims,tires,window tinting he charge me a arm and a leg for it... car shake at 25mph and fail to tell me he was puting entry level tires, dishonesty in not letting me know and charge me as if they were high end tires, went back bcuz tinting wad horrible had noticeble bubbles all over, said he eill fix it, p/u car later dat evening it was da... view morerk no way to see if job was done, to my surprice bubbles were there still.. went back and the guy in charge at the times was rude, said he didn`t had the time to fix it, and that i had to speak with manager/owner Billy abrams.. was worthless talking to him too said bubbles will go away to give it time, so now i have to take those tints off myself and due them again and pay someone else $250 to do them right another my tire were entry level never was told i took my car to discount tire and paid to had them rebalance have spend several hundred of dollars to correct their mistakes, they are not experience nor professionals, they will nice to you till you have a problem.....
