I have had my truck serviced many times at Pritchett Tire, Banks Crossing, and have always received excellent service. When I was in the hospital the "check engine" light came on in the truck. My wife took it to Pritchett Tire and they treated her with the utmost respect, correcting the problem at a very minimul cost. On March 1, 2013 I took my truck to that location to be serviced, also purchased a ne... view morew set of Cooper tires. Again the work was done in a timely manner, and we were treated with respect. After checking prices from other sources I also found that I got exceptional value at Pritchett Tire. I recommend them most highly for automotive service, repairs, and tires.

don`t ever go here

nobody go here. they`re way over priced and have terrible customer service. not friendly what so ever. if you`re looking for a tire go to Stinson tire and auto. they`re great

THESE ARE THE KIND OF CROOKS YOU HEAR ABOUT THAT GIVE MECHANICS EVERYWHERE A BAD REP!!!! Run, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. We brought one of our fleet of service vehicles to have an alignment, which ruined a 10 ply pair of front tires on the van. When we brought it back in they charged us $70 for some bogus repair (unbeknownst to us at the time because we trusted them) said it wasn`t the alignment at all it was this other ... view morerepair we paid $70 more for. Came back to them for tires, kept us waiting 90 minutes, the mechanic told my service tech that we needed ball joints for this vehicle. We knew better because our regular mechanic had recently replaced them. Pritchett mechanic had loosened the clamp that adjusts the camber to the tires causing the van to pull all over the road. Our mechanic immediately had us come in, as my tech watched him he showed my tech that all the parts were only loose, tightened them in front of him fixing the problem in less than 5 minutes. The service can handled wonderfully after this!! We would`ve been customers for life with all of our vehicles if they just would`ve been honest.
