Ever since Mac has left the company it has gone down hill. With the new owner, he has no idea what his Office Manager that he brought on board is doing. I heard he is bringing in friends and family members to get work done on their cars and not charging them a cent. I feel sorry for the mechanics that work in that shop, they are the ones getting screwed.
