NEVER DEAL WITH AGAIN!!!!!!

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. First, when i purchased the car, it took 8 hours to complete the deal. The person that helped me kept complaining that his wife had the same car and the seat cushion was tearing because she weighed over 300 lbs and her sliding in and out of it wore it out--Umm.................How unprofessional?!?!?! Secondly, I bought a brand new c... view morear that had issues--I took it to the service department where I was told " I was an OVER PARANOID WOMAN and nothing is wrong with the car." I now have another issue with the car (only 1 1/2 years old). I was told that I would have to pay for a rental because they would have to keep the car over night (without even telling them what the car was doing) and that it would be $94 an hour just to "LOOK" at the car--even if the problem was under warranty. Ladies especially, if you dont have money to throw around and time to waist, I would definately look somewhere else to take or buy my car. This car buying experience is the worst i have ever had and I can guarantee you it will not happen again.

Deceitful Dealership

I was just in there yesterday 1-13 to try to purchase a used 2006 Honda Civic. My husband and I were already approved through a bank with zero down for the same amount of the Honda that I had chosen. This was all taken care of before we even walked into Honda Carland Cartersville. I got there at 9:00 that morning and explained my husband would be making the purchase and what bank we wanted to use. I picked the car I wanted and told them that my husband would be in at 4:30 to sign on the dotted line. 3 hours go by after I left there and they said they had no answer on the financing. There should not have been any delay since we were already approved for that amount by the bank. I was a little confused at that point. My husband and I return at 4:30 and still no answer. Then they asked to pull my information when I had already told them I did not want to but they said that Honda wanted the extra co signer. Maybe ten minutes go by and they said it cannot happen unless we come up with $2 000 down. How can this be when we were already qualified with the bank for that same exact amount with zero down. They said the bank had no record of qualifying my husband the day before. So, since we did not have $2000 to give them so they could CAPITALIZE on our money and put it directly in their pockets, we gladly did the BEST THING and turned them down. Scratching our heads in confusion along the way. We went back to Car-Max that very same night and walked in, picked out a car we wanted that was $4000 more than the Honda we looked at at the dealership and got qualified in FIVE minutes BY THE SAME BANK THAT QUALIFIED US THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!!!!! (Without any all day hassles and without me even being on the application whatsoever) We got a newer 2008 car with less mileage than that Honda that we almost regrettfully bought and guess what........................ZERO DOWN PAYMENT!!!!! If anyone needs a car - I would STRONGLY ADVISE to steer clear of the HONDA CARLAND DEALERSHIP IN CARTERSVILLE. They are a bunch of crooked lying theifs that want your cash down payment because they fineggle that into the saleman`s commission and the dealership`s profit. .
