I received excellent service prior to purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson was helpful in finding me the vehicle of my choice. The financing I received was excellent, but if you call back to get your vehicle serviced you will never get anyone on the telephone. Their phone system provides extensions and voice mail boxes, but you wish to speak with a person FORGET IT.

I brought my TDI diesel Beetle in for service and they assigned my car to Steve in Service. The repairs were minor and covered under warranty. Steve got me set up in a rental car free of charge and called me everyday with status. The repair took much longer than expected (nearly a week) and after 2 months I am going to have to bring it in again for the same problem, but Steve was good to work with and made the ove... view morerall experience pleasant.
