I`m with everyone else, if I could do a zero review I would. This place totally rips people off. They do unnecessary work, over charge, and are slick fast talkers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear.

Rip-off

I have used this place 5 times in the last 6 years and each time I have had a bad experience. Each time I swore it would be my last. But I kept trying to give them another chance because it`s the closest repair shop to my house and because I didn`t have the time (on those occasions) to go to my regular trusted mechanic. The last time was three months ago, and it is THE LAST. My car needed to pass emissions test and t... view morehe check engine light was on. And boy, did they take full advantage! I got a list of MUST DO repairs. I was in a hurry, it was a Friday, I was going out of town, and had no time for second opinions. Long story short - $1500 and three return visits later, problem still not fixed. Each time I returned, new "problems" found. I finally went back to my mechanic, and he took care of it for $75 in less than an hour! Go figure! Either they are totally incompetent or they are out to rip folks off. Either way, keep driving. This review will be a ZERO if the option exists.

Get a second opinion!!! For a radiator motor fan, they quoted me $720. I took it to the DEALERSHIP and walked out only paying $400. I will not be returning to this place. Don`t get ripped off!

This place is horrible. I use to take my car there for oil changes and simple repairs. Apparently there is a new general manager. Everything is up-sell. I go in for an oil change, the GM comes in with a concern look and said my battery almost dead and ask if I would like to buy one for a ridiculous price. I said no thanks. I get in my car, all my radio preset are gone, clock is wrong. I get home open my hood and one ... view moreof my covers to a compartment is missing. While fishing around for something else to replace, they forgot to replace the cover. I go back to the shop, the GM says ok, give him a day to look for it and if he can`t find it he`ll order another one. Fair enough. Three weeks later, 4 phones calls, 3 onsite visits, no return call and still no cover. The part was always `coming tomorrow on the next shipment of parts`. I called the GM on Tuesday morning; he tells me the part would be in the shop Wednesday morning. I call Wednesday afternoon and the GM is out of town! No one has any knowledge of my issue, no paperwork. I have to tell my story all over again. Three days later, I finally get my cover. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Under New Managment

I`ve been to this store before and was not completely satisfied. They did good work but the my overall experience was under par. I decided to give them another shot since learning about the managment change and I have to say the store did a complete 180. Everyone was extremely helpful and did my repairs perfectly in a timely manner.
