Where do you find auto service that will pick you up and drop you off at your front door if needed in order to work on your car? Not at a dealership! I have had several experiences now with G2 providing service on my BMW from a simple oil change, to buying a warranty, to stopping by to ask them to fill my wiper fluid. Hired limo showed up 2.5 hours late.

I hired a limo from Godwin Automotive for my group for senior prom. The limo was scheduled to arrive at 6:00 pm, and failed to do so. For the ensuing hour, we tried calling the company repeatedly, but got no answer. Long story short, we ended up having to drive ourselves, and the limo finally showed up at 8:30, two and a half hours late. The reason for the delay? TYPICAL USED CARS SALES TECHNIQUES

Bought a car from Mr. Gary Godwin; promised everything would be right with the car at the agreed to price. He would require time to insure the car was ""brought up to speed to sell""; all would be right with the vehicle. It has been three and one half weeks latter and Mr. Godwin has had neither the decency or business accume to call, write, or communicate with me. I`m seventy years old and very easy going. Mr. Go... view moredwin bragged of the years he`s been in business. With the utter contempt and disregard shown me, I`m fairly certain any ""new consumer"" will not tolerate his disrespect. They have always said: ""First generation makes the business; second generation blows the business"". Mr. Godwin was right about one thing in our only meeting. He instructed me to "" never trust anyone in the car business"". He knew what he was talking about first hand.

Horrible Experience

When we purchased our BMW from Godwin he took our lease in on trade. We were assured that he would complete the transfer with BMW and after receiving a call from BMW Financial that our payment was late we contacted Godwin. In typical dishonest car dealer fashion he was sitting on the car trying to sell it without making a payment. After numerous calls he final took care of what he was suppose to in the first place... view more. As it turns out we know a few people who seem to have had ""paperwork"" issues in selling and buying cars. Now we have disputed or only credit report ding because of a late payment because of Gary. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with him again.

We have used Godwin several times for minor repair & upkeep on my BMW. They are always charming, personable, and fair in their pricing.
