STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS! This place is PATHETIC! I Heard horror stories, I didn`t take the warning. Took Chevy in for 19.95 oil change special. I told the tech to ONLY change oil, no other service. Tech comes back with a $150 bill and a broken car. They broke the wheel studs trying to "check the brakes" (What? WHY? We just talked about this!) and now are charging ME to replace the wheel studs because THEY broke them o... view moren their own behalf. That`s not even the best part, they "close in 15 minutes" so car has to stay overnight. (AND THEY HAVEN`T EVEN CHANGED THE OIL YET !!!). Shutle ? What shuttle? No surprises? REALLY? Up front costs? I think not. 100% customer satisfaction? NOPE! LIES LIES, LIED about every selling point! OK, so after hours and hours of arguing with manager, explaining I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY WORK AND HAD SIGNED NOTHING, that I want my car back untouched (since oil still hasn`t been changed), so that I can take my business elsewhere, they explained the car would be held until I PAY THE $150 for the studs that THEY BROKE doing UNAUTHORIZED who-knows-whats to my car. What a joke. So, to be "nice guys and help me out", they finally give me $30 off the $150 ! Ohh yeah thanks ! BELEIVE THE OTHERS who complain about con-men brake jobs, and DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP (Americas Service Station - Acworth), THEY "WILL" RIP YOU OFF ! As a side note, read bad reviews from others on the Mars Hill location. Same bad service !

Great Service!
My car needed an alignment done, it was pulling bad to the right, so I stopped by after a friend recommended the place. They took care of me and was in and out in a short period of time.

GOOD!
I came in to get my window motors replaced on my Toyota Tundra and have not had a problem since...I really thought the people were friendly and fair...I will be bringing my truck in again if I run into any other repairs...

This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced at an auto shop. I had to get my engine replaced and was told it would be done Saturday. I call on Saturday to check the progress and Im told that the engine wasn`t in yet and it would be there later that day and I could get it on Monday. So on Monday I call and Im told that the engine wont be there till Tuesday afternoon. I find it strange that I didn`t rece... view moreive a phone call making me aware of the changes. I tried to cancel my order but was told that I couldn`t even thought they didn`t have the engine yet. After getting the engine replaced I come back for my 500 mile oil change and Im turned away and told that since the shop closes in 30 mins they couldn`t take care of me. I was at the shop at 6:30pm. I don`t think that is any way to treat a customer. There was one customer in the waiting room and my oil change would take a total of 15 mins to complete... this is just very poor management and customer service. Needless to say I will not be returning to Americas Service Station nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or family members. This is the 3rd time that a direct family member or myself have been jerked around by this same shop. Good job guys! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

Customer Service still lives!
I visited the America`s Service Station with the same mindset as most of us do when walking in to an oil change/car reapir shop. Thinking these guys are going to go for the sale. The team at this location at Cobb Parkway were great. My daughter was getting ready to leave for college and her car overheated the night before. Now im no mechanic but when i showed up it was pretty obvious the car was done. No cranking and... view more it just over heated i assumed it was the worst!
Well i had it towed over to America`s after speaking to Jack and was actually relieved with the info i got.
America`s provided the tow for me and once the car got there called me to let me know that it was a timing belt issue. I asked them for a quote on a motor! A job they could have easily takin me for 2k on they did for about $750. Not only did they provide the tow for free because i approved the repairs, they got it done the same day so my daughter would make it to orientation. These guys were great! From Jack the GM all the way to Paul the mechanic and Donovon who delievered the car to my door after reapirs were done.
