In response of the review below by Brenda Cleveland-- The lengths she has gone to to disparage our company are laughable. In this situation, yes- we charged her for a radio we did not replace, but not as a "scam" that we were all in on, as she have been claiming for the past year. During our end of day procedures, we realized we made a mistake in charging Mrs. Cleveland for the radio and notified her imm... view moreediately, offering to give her a refund on her card over the phone or for us to stay open late so she could stop back in for a refund by check. I am the only reason Mrs. Cleveland knew she was overcharged. I could`ve very well kept it to myself and kept her money but that`s not how we like to do business. We are honest and trustworthy but like most people, make mistakes from time to time but are not afraid to admit them. The BBB has dismissed her case against us, but we appreciate her giving us the opprotunity to follow up on all major advertising websites to let people know how we do business- the HONEST way.
