Trantham`s - Knowegeable, Courteuous, Fair, Trustworthy

We have used the services of Trantham`s Service Center many times over the last five years or so - I drive an older model cars as do my teenagers. I have always found the mechanics and front office to be courteous and knowledgeable. Many times the mechanics have gone out of their way to explain why a given service needs to be performed and/or the circumstances that led to a part failure, etc. They`ve never tried... view more to sell me something that wasn`t necessary but they have been known to point things out that could become issues in the future with a, ""You may want to watch that."", kind of heads-up. Its been refreshing to work with a group of people who are very direct in their dealings with their customers. Simply put, I trust them to do good work and to treat me and my family fairly.
