Bob saved us!

We just moved to the Atlanta area, and I was so bummed when our transmission went out. We took it to a mechanic who sent us to High-Tech, saying that they were the best in town. So true! Bob clearly had a lot of cars to work on, but he still was able to get to ours very quickly. He found a couple of solutions to save us some money, and even threw in a couple of extra services for free. He found one issue that`s ... view moreseverity was difficult to gauge, so rather than just charge us for the repair, he did a less expensive fix and will look at it again in a few months (for free) to see if the more elaborate repair is really necessary. If you need an honest mechanic who can do high quality work quickly and at a fair cost, look no further!

I called after getting an astronomical quote for a transmission repair from another mechanic. Bob told me the price actually seemed in line with the work that needed to be done. However, he pointed out that our Van was probably still under the factory warranty (it`s a 2010) and then took 10 or 15 minutes to find numbers for Ford Service, Local Dealerships, etc... and instructed me on the best thing to do to get it ... view morefixed on Ford`s dime. He even went so far as to give me advice about how to try to get Ford to fix it even if it wasn`t still under warranty. I`ve never found a mechanic that will turn business away in order to help a customer do what is best for them. I will be going there for ANY transmission needs from now on. OH! He also told me that I could call him if we needed any service of any kind and he would recommend another mechanic that he trusts to do the work. Great company!
