Excellent Buying Experience

I don`t know what these other people are talking about on here. This was by far the best car buying experience i`ve ever had. I did not feel preassured by any salesman. Cesar was very couteous and let me test drive many cars until I found the one that was just right for me. Jay got me a good deal considering my credit issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

stay far far away! This car lot is a complete joke the employees and owner are a hot mess. I purchased a car from here in feb 2012 by april first I had $3000.00 dollars in problems to fix. I called them a week after I bought the car because the tires were balding down to the wires in 4 days because the control arm needed to be replaced which cost $600.00 also when I bought the car the air was sounding funny not getti... view moreng to cold so I agreed with Cesar (car salesman) in front of Jan (financing) that i could come back the next day or so for it to be looked at and fixed well i came and they pretended to do something which obviously was nothing because the whole motor blew out a week later which cost me $580.00 to replace without that my car had no air or heat and I have two samll children. Well I called the car lot cause i think that just wasnt right the Owner told me &amp;amp;amp;quot;Oh well its your problem&amp;amp;amp;quot; and I quote! I purchsed this car cause it looked nice and had low miles I am a young mother who has never purchased a car by myself I was driving the same car from high school when I found this car I even signed a five year warranty that I was talked into by Jan because If I have any issues I could bring it back I understand all cars need matinence and things happen but literally weeks after I bought the car I had to replace the fuel pump, air motor, control arms 6 new sets of tires until i could afford to replace the control arms, right wheel bearing, new roaters new brakes I could go on for days. This car lot is a complete JOKE STAY FAR FAR AWAY THEY ARE DIRTY LYING SCAMMERS AND ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT WARRANTY OR NOT THEY DO NOT CAR THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL I HONESTLY CANT BELIEVE SUCH IDIOTS CAN RUN A BUSINESS IN AMERICA THEY ARE ONLY IN BUSINESS CAUSE THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DON BUT LEGAL ACTION. I COMPLAINED TO THE BBB AND IT TOOK THE CAR LOT 2 MONTHS TO RESPOND AND WHEN THEY DID IT WAS TWO SENTANCES THAT MADE NO SENCE THEY CANT EVEN FORM A CORRECT SENTANCE LET ALONE PROPER GRAMMER. ANY GOOD REVIEW YOU SEE ABOUT THEM IS POSTED BY THEMSELVES I HAVE TALKED TO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE PURCHSED JUNK...I MEAN CARS FROM HERE AND THEY ALL HAVE HORROR STORIES. ONE DAY ALL THIS SCAMMING HARD WORKING HONEST PEOPLE IS GONNA BACKFIRE

i have read all the reviews on here!!! recently purchased a 2010 rav 4 from them. SHORT ON STAFF.BUT GREAT PRICES, CARS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION, JUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK.. THEY WILL LET YOU TAKE THE CAR TO YOUR MECHANIC I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT. they were really nice and cooperative with me and my wife. Smooth Transaction. A++

*This is an addition to a prior review for the Saab. The car failed emissions. The dealer or the person they hired to repair it only removed the check engine bulb to make it look like they fixed it. I didn`t find out until it was time for emissions and tag renewal. I ended up spending hundreds on emissions related repairs and penalties for late registration.

Can you say PRESSURE SALES? I felt like I was being cooked for dinner when I visited this car lot. Luckily, I managed to escape with half of my sanity and do some research and I stumbled across this page. My research is now complete enough said.

Great prices. good service, bought a 2010 NISSAN MAXIMA. i would recommend to take the car for a pre-sale inspection before you buy it. they took care of all the concerns i had with the vehicle. easy going people. DO YOU HOMEWORK AND GO THERE.. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. DEF RECOMMEND THEM.
