First of all, Kauffman always has the best tire prices. And the service is good too. I`ve shopped at 3 or 4 locations (Eagles Landing, Smyrna, etc) over the years and its always been a good experience. Very satisfied.

Stand Behind Your Guarantee

Purchased Good Year Intergity tires last year. Noticed a whoppling and had the car checked, to find out that one of the tires was defective. Kauffman tires informed us that we would need to replace the tire. Based on the usage we received a credit of $65.00 towards a new tire. We would still have to come out of pocket with $116.00. We agreed to do this, only to be told that all the tires would have to replaced and no... view moret just the defective one. This is not what we were told in the beginning and if you know that theses Good Year tires are defective then they should be removed from your store. We will never buy tires from them again. They refuse to put the one new tire on our car and wanted us to spend an additional $700.00 for all new tires. Shame on you Kauffman Tires we trusted your guarantee!!!

Not helpful at all

I had a blow out right in front of Kauffman Tire on State Bridge witha 10 month old baby in the car - in the middle of a hot summer day. Kauffman staff refused to assist me. The guys from Discount Tire on the other side of the road came across, put the spare tire on for me, drove the car into their bay and replaced the damaged tire. Now THAT was service. We will never use Kauffman again. Ever.

LBB Disappointed

I purchased tires at the Kennesaw location in 2008. Love the people there, hate the tires. My Goodyear Integrity tires have terrible traction and spin at the slightest moisture. Goodyear is not standing behind their product, and if Goodyear isn`t "feelin` the love", Kauffman can`t either. Kaufmann Tires at the Acworth location called Goodyear for me. Goodyear insisted that I bring the car in on a wet day ... view morefor a Kauffman associate to drive to see "what the problem is", The problem is that the tires don`t track in wet weather. Period. I can`t take time off of work for their folks test drive the car. I wasn`t asking for a refund, just some prorated credit towards new tires to make this car safe to drive in inclement weather. I might use Kauffman again (really nice folks), but will never, EVER, put a Goodyear product on my vehicle again!

Great experience

Dont like having to buy tires but these guys made it easy. Used kauffmantire.com. Had the best total price of all that I checked. Friendly at the store and got me in and out fast.

Good Tire Service

I just bought a set of tires from Kauffman & their selection of tires as well as their service is absolutely the best. they will even fix your flat for free even if you didn`t buy the tires from them.

Great Tires and More

I had a blow out and Kaufmann not only replaced my tire but also balaced all my wheels for free. I have used them for 5 years and will not go anywhere else. You can trust these guys.
