Iam a return customer and this place is great better than ever. I went in to get my 91 cadillac repaired the prices were reasonable and the staff were very friendly I only spoke to 3 of the staff during my visit but was the main 3 of the shop 2 guys manager, mechanic who worked on my car and young lady which is the front desk. The repairs on my car was going to take a while so the front desk think her name was Lisa s... view morehe offered to take me home verses a cab. She took me to the store dropped me off at home and picked me up when car was finished. She didnt complain she just smiled and that smile will brighten anyones day. Everytime I called to check on the status of my car she always kept me updated. I have noticed yall have changed staff a few times in past months the staff u have now is perfect they get along as they been working together for years and communicate very well so everyone knows whats going on. These people are a blessing to the company and Lisa always has a smile very beautiful and a positive attitude. I highly recommend this place to anyone yall keep up the good work.

I had my brakes done with an o...

I had my brakes done with an oil change and paid over 300 dollars. They put the wrong rotors on, they lost my hub cap. And I didn`t want to go back to them for the third time to see about my rotors. Well I had to in order to not get charged again somewhere else. They originally said that those are the right ones. There are two types, one for 4 cylander another for a 6 cylander. Well, they first said they couldn`t do... view more it since I got the rotor turned on one of them due to a lot of noise I was having and it sounded like the wheel was going to fall off saying the warranty was void for turning the rotor. I had to get kinda loud with them about this. Finally, the district mgr. said he would take care of the problem. I am just warning people out there to be careful when you go to these people. I also had a dent in my steel wheel and heard a loud boom noise when they worked on my car. I had to buy a new steel wheel because where it was bent it was dented down into my tire and may have been dangerous while driving on this unknowingly. I am not saying they did it, but me nor my husband had driven off the road or over something to have caused the bent or gash in my steel wheel. JUST BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE. I actually wouldn`t suggest this place at all to my friend. If they keep running there business like this they won`t be in business very long.

I went for a tune up and oil change and they took from 1pm to close (6pm) on my car. I paid them $400 for a crappy job that had my car driving worst than when I first came to them. Do not go to these people.
