This Company Cares Nothing About Their Customers!!

Well I use to be a good customer until this past Saturday 11/15/2008 I had called the previous day because the truck I had rented was leaking gas. I called once I figured the problem out and then told them I would be their in the morning. The manager got on the phone with me and told me that the truck was fine but I told her I still would be happy with another one. She said just come in the morning.

This car r... view moreental place is one of few that rent to people that have a pre paid debit card, and told me since I was a previous customer that they would allow me to rent from them with the same method.
Well I show up sat morning and they checked my truck in and then the manager says we CANT RENT TO YOU AGAIN??? I was confused, I asked why she said that she had a note from the owned Doug Croker that he doesn`t accept pre-paid debit cards anymore.
So since I have no family in Atlanta no way from Stockbridge and no Credit Card I just started crying and guess what the manager asks, Can I call you a cab? I live downtown...no I said Then she said to catch MARTA! Why didn`t you tell me on the phone this, she claimed she didn`t know!!!!
I am a single widowed mother of one and I don`t have a vehicle and that Sat morning was my second week on my new job..
Please if you have an choice DON`T RENT FROM THEM THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND NO REMORSE AND REALLY REALLY DON`T CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS.
