GOOD SERVICE

I own a 2002 honda odyssey and had a problem with my transmission,so i called bankhead auto parts for the transmission.They had the transmission for $1000.00 and they also were going to install it for for $500.00,when i took the van over to them Joe the manager asked me what was the problem with the transmission i told him that it was slipping and then he asked did anyone worked on it before i brought it here,i said ... view moreyes i had tranmission fluid flushed from a shop close to where i live about a week ago.Joe asked me if i can call them and ask what type of transmission fluid did they use,so i called and found out they used dexron III.When Joe heard about that he told me honda uses honda transmission fluid only,so i went to the honda dealer and bought the fluid and BANKHEAD AUTO PARTS flushed it and poured the honda fluid and the problem was solved.I was so glad i came to an honest business establishment,not only they helped me to save alot a money but got a customer forever. I highly recommand BANKHEAD AUTO PARTS.

Don`t use this place EVER!

I called these guys and they told me they had a part so I drove for hours to get the part i REALY needed and when I got there the guy that I talked to told me that I said a I wanted a spindel not a hub. Those don`t even sound the same! I talked to him a few times and was VERY clear about what I needed! They didn`t have the part I asked for and just waited for me to get there after 2 hours of driving and told me I tol... view mored him something eles. To top it all off they didn`t do a single thing to help me like....oh i`m soo sorry i`ll have one here tomarrow, he just kept being very rude and asked if i wanted to take it out side to fight him. Bankhead Auto Parts aka Budget Auto Salvage are owned by one and same person. This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever had to do business with on earth. I spent in excess of $1500 for an automatic transmission that nothing but a piece of junk. David and Abdul, installed a transmission in my vehicle that will not go into reverse and refuse to repair or refund my money. The customer service is atrocio... view moreus. The actual owner is cleverly disguised making it almost impossible to claim any damages. I will strongly not recommend this company to anyone and would caution anyone doing business with them to extremely careful.
