Replaced wiper blades a $19 cost then left with damage costing $300 by them breaking the wiper motor transmission wiper bracket. Then tried to cover it up by taping what they broke back together. (took 30 min to do this)
When I returned a week later to complain the mgr Michael said that it was already broken by the last person who worked on my car. That was them!
He also informed me they alway video all repairs do... view morene in the shop but my video they no long had since it was over a week ago when I came in. Michael told me it was beyond his expertise but took it upon himself any way to try to fix it without even consulting or showing me the damage. He retaped it back lke it was before since he couldnt fix it. (45 mins to do this)
If my wiper system was damaged or broken before I came into ASAP Car Care then the mechanic would have noticed that right off, stopped and called it to my attiention before doing any work, installing the new wiper blades. If anything to prevent THIS from happening by protecting himself from any blame.
Michael the mgr caught it right away so why didn`t the asst mgr Edward Hitt when he was replacing my wiper blades? BEWARE !!!

Stay away. I had to give a 1 star rating to be able to post this review. I brought my mini van there for a routine transmission service. As the car was still under warranty from the manufacturer, I had no issues with the transmission. After inquiring, he tech told me they had the correct fluid for the vehicle. Long story short....10 days later I needed a new transmission. Cause of problem....Low viscocity levels du... view moree to incorrect fluid USED IN THE TRANSMISSION.....MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY IS NOW VOID. I have since learned that this is a pretty common problem for the "quick oil change" establishments.
Cost of new transmission....$2,000.00 ASAP refuses to accept responsibility irrespective of the fact that I have produced documents from KIA clearly showing what fluid to use and not to use. ASAP has refered me to their oil supplier......Mighty Auto Parts,. I plan on suing ASAP this week (08-18-11) unless the owner of ASAP, who has conveniently been out of the country for the past two weeks steps up to the plate and does the right thing. In every business there are mistakes made. It is how well those mistakes are dealt with that shows the quality of a business. I will update this post in a week or two to advise of any progress
