All the sales reps here are good, but Mr. Toney is awesome. He looked out for our best interest before, during, and even after the sale. He even did the little things right like walking my wife to the car while it was raining, chasing me down to ask if my boy could have some Christmas candy, and remembering to hold on to my son`s gloves after he`d left them behind after the test drive. When I was thinking about purchasing a car here, I could not find any reviews online. I`m not sure why there aren`t more because I had a great experience. I had been casually looking at cars for over 6 months. Mine finally gave out and I had about 2 weeks to find a car. I went EVERYWHERE in Chattanooga. I hated 90% of the sales people I met, the other 10% didn`t have what I wanted. Everyone here was so nice. I... view more got to drive the car alone (and then again with the girlfriend later that day) and was not pressured at all. What really got me was the no doc fee. I could not stand looking at cars and being told I was paying $200-600 more "just because". A great small dealership in the middle of a bunch of pushy car dealerships.
