Reviews:
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They don`t respond when you have problems, it took me 1 month to receive the 3 Isuzu NPR`s I purchased after I paid them, and they don`t stand behind their products. Every 1 of the 3 I bought had to go in for repairs within a few months of owning them. I live out of state, so I had to take them to a local Isuzu dealership and Bellamy Strickland initially agreed... view more to pay for part of the repairs, but then never returned calls and now refuses to cover the cost even though they advertise them as completely re-furbished.
HORRIBLE SERVICE - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I have bought many cars here and have never been treated like my business really mattered to them, I also have recently bought new parts from them and they will not honor their own warranty.
I spoken with the owner William Strickland and he is a money hungry crook, who is directing the rest of the crooks. I love the GM brand but will NEVER give these guys any more of my money.

?ˆ?12-1-11 Prepaid to have heater core replaced in my 2003 Silverado. Left vehicle in night drop 12-2-11 at 6:30 A.M. Received call from service advisor Brent at 2:30 P.M. stating they just got the core out and that I should have told them about my XM stereo. This was supposed to be a 6 hour job but after 6 hours they had only completed 1/2 of it.They said the reason it took so long was because of stereo wiring under t... view morehe dash. My XM is a factory module setup.
My vehicle was promised to be ready that evening so I could pick up after hours. Service is closed on Saturday so I am without a vehicle until Monday evening. Brent`s attitude of blaming me and service manager, Dennis` attitude was like they didn`t really care. I asked about a rental car, Dennis offered to pay for 1 day and I would be responsible for the rest. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They did not complete the job at the agreed time. I work in Marietta, the dealership is in McDonough, 55 miles apart. I only needed a car for Saturday evening,Sunday and would return it to Enterprise Monday morning. I feel I tried to work with them on this but they would not try to help me.
I also requested them to check a fluid leak on the tail shaft of my transfer case that they replaced approx. 6 weeks ago. within less than 2 months I have spent $3000 with this dealership. It seems obvious they do not care about there customers. I will no longer take my vehicle to them and I certainly will not purchase one from them in the future
